FIONA - DOWNTOWN/SUGARHOUSE
Get to know Fiona! A Senior Instructor at Torrent Cycle, Fiona was in our second ever instructor training class!
Fiona is currently getting her PhD in Chemical Engineering!
She went to dance camp with Hailey Bieber when she was 10.
Fiona has a sewing machine and can alter/ tailor clothes... (so let her know if you need anything).
Fiona learned how to read music before she knew how to read words.
Favorite song (at the moment): Balloon (ft. Doechii) - Tyler, The Creator
Favorite artist (of all time!): Justin Bieber.
You’ll find Fiona on the schedule Mondays and Wednesdays at 6pm in Sugarhouse and Sundays at 11am Downtown.
SHELLY - SOUTH JORDAN

Shelly loves to travel and to hike.
Mom to 3 boys and a Golden Doodle.
Shelly competed on Season 5 of the TV show “So You Think You Can Dance” (…and she can dance!)
She is terrified of spiders.

You’ll find Shelly on the schedule every Monday mornings at 9am in Sugarhouse and Wednesday mornings at 6am in South Jordan (and also subbing a bunch more classes this month!).
