Mindy was born and raised in the Salt Lake area. She's been a Type 1 Diabetic since childhood and always has fruit snacks on the podium. Mom to three boys, Mindy spends her time divided between momming, baking, and working full time as a case manager for individuals with intellectual disabilities. She's obsessed with her husband and gets irrationally excited about minor holidays.
Mindy grew up in the dance/cheer world and has always been involved in fitness. She became hooked on spin from her first class at Torrent in the beta studio and has been on the bike since. Plan on heavy beats and anecdotes to keep you laughing while moving to the beat!
