Emilia was born in Cleveland Ohio and lived there until she was 8, and then raised in Logan Utah. Dancing was her passion growing up, and then when that chapter ended she found fitness and it literally saved her life! She’s a proud mother of 3, who’s been married to her soul mate for almost 20 years!
Emilia has been teaching cycling for years, but dancing on a bike in the dark at Torrent has been her greatest evolution! You’ll find some throwbacks in her class, always! Along with some dancing and smiles. Emilia’s goal is to make a hard class so fun you don’t even notice how hard you’re working!!!
