Born and raised in New York, Dan had aspirations to become a lawyer after graduating from Yale University. Instead, Dan embarked on a career in retail that took him all over the world while living in Columbus, OH for nine years. Dan fell in love with indoor cycling - and Mike - after they met in NYC in 2014. Fulfilling a lifelong goal, Dan became an indoor cycling instructor in 2017. Not soon after, Dan and Mike quit their jobs to bring the Torrent Cycle community and experience to Salt Lake City!
Dan was voted the #1 fitness instructor in Utah in 2019 and 2022 and the Best Fitness Inspiration in Utah in 2021.
A big EDM fan, Dan’s class feels like being front row in the Sahara Tent at Coachella.
